These are our standard terms. The quotation for each order confirms them.
Ordering
From quotation to shipment

Enquiry & quotation
Tell us the models and quantities you need. We quote each model with its minimum order.
- 02
Sample, for custom pieces
We build the sample in our workshop and send you photos and video to approve.
- 03
Deposit & production
A 30% deposit starts production, which takes about a month.
- 04
Balance & shipment
Once the order is finished and the balance is paid, it is ready to ship.
Custom pieces
Approved from photos and video
Send us a drawing or a reference photo of what you need. We build a sample in our workshop, then send you photos and video of it to approve before production starts.
Samples stay in the workshop; we don’t ship them. If you would rather see one in person, you are welcome to visit us.

Legally sourced teak
All the teak we use is legally sourced and comes with its permits. Ask us about the paperwork your market requires.
