Privacy Policy

Who we are

Tableindo Furniture (“Tableindo”, “we”) builds furniture in Karanggondang, Mlonggo, Jepara, Indonesia. We decide how the details sent through this site are used, and we are who to ask about them: email official@tableindo.com or message us on WhatsApp at +62 896 4908 1621.

What we collect

Only what you type into one of our two forms:

• Catalogue request (on the Catalogue page): your name, company, country and email address, and, if you add them, your WhatsApp number, type of business, the collections you are interested in and a message. When you start from a product page, we also note which product.
• Book a call (on the home and Contact pages): your name and the email address or WhatsApp number you give us.

Each request is saved with the date and time it arrived. If you write to us directly by email or WhatsApp instead, we receive whatever you send there.

What we don’t collect

Browsing this site sets no cookies, and we use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts, photos and video come from our own server, so opening a page shares nothing about you with anyone else.

We don’t keep a record of visits. If a page fails to load, our server’s error log may note the technical details of that one request, including its IP address. These logs are kept to a fixed size and overwrite themselves.

Why we use it

To do what you asked: send the catalogue, arrange the call, answer your questions and, if you would like, discuss an order. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we never sell, rent or share your details for anyone else’s marketing.

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on two grounds: taking the steps you ask for before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and following them up (Article 6(1)(f)). Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) recognises the same grounds.

Who can see it

• Tableindo staff who handle enquiries, through an admin panel that each of them signs into with their own password.
• The company that hosts our server, which stores the data for us.
• When we reply by email or WhatsApp, that conversation also passes through those services (at present Hostinger, which hosts our email, and WhatsApp, run by Meta) under their own privacy terms.

We share your details with no one else unless the law requires us to.

Where it is kept

On the server we rent. Your details travel to it over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We are based in Indonesia, so if you write to us from another country, including from the EU or the UK, your details are handled outside it.

How long we keep it

We keep a request while we are in touch about it, or about an order that came from it. A request that doesn’t lead to an order is deleted within two years of our last contact. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will, unless we must keep something to meet a legal obligation, such as the records of an order.

The backups we keep to recover from a server failure are deleted after 30 days, so anything we delete is gone from them within that time too.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what details we hold about you, and give you a copy;
• correct them;
• delete them;
• stop using them, or use them only for some purposes.

Email official@tableindo.com or message us on WhatsApp. We will reply promptly and free of charge, and may ask you to confirm the request is really from you. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
